THE CEARDACH
Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: 28/01/2026
The Ceardach Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. We believe the "craft" of the web should be inclusive, and we are continually improving the user experience for all visitors, applying the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The Ceardach Ltd aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
2. Measures to Support Accessibility
We integrate accessibility into our "Method" by:
Using semantic HTML structures.
Ensuring sufficient colour contrast for readability.
Designing with clear, legible typography.
Providing "alt text" for meaningful images.
Ensuring the site is navigable via keyboard where possible.
3. Technical Specifications
Our website is built using the Framer platform. Accessibility relies on this platform's technologies and our custom design logic to work with the particular combination of web browsers and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer.
4. Known Limitations
While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that some parts of the site may not be fully accessible in all scenarios. For example:
Some older third-party integrations may not fully support screen readers.
Certain complex animations (The Structural Shifts) may be distracting for some users; we aim to minimize these where they impact usability.
5. Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Ceardach website. If you encounter any barriers or need information in an alternative format, please let us know:
Email: jack@parmarwild.co.uk
Response Time: We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 5 business days.
6. Enforcement Procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in Scotland. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
