Shipping & Returns Policy

At The Ceardach , we apply the same level of craft to our physical goods as we do to our digital builds. Please review our policies regarding the delivery and return of shop items.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders for standard items are typically processed within 7 business days.
Custom/Personalised Orders: For custom POS or branded uniforms, production times vary. You will be provided with an estimated lead time upon "Commencing the Build" of your order.
Shipping Methods: We use tracked shipping services to ensure your items arrive safely. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Areas: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
2. Returns & Exchanges (Standard Items)
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return a standard, non-personalised item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. Personalised & Custom Goods (The Exception)
Please note that many items in our shop, including personalised Point of Sale (POS) displays and branded uniforms, are made-to-order specifically for your business.
No Right to Cancel: Legally, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Final Sale: Once production has begun on a custom or personalised order, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault in the craft:
Please contact the Studio at jack@parmarwild.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
We will prioritise a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items.
5. Cancellations
For standard items, you may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. For custom builds, cancellations must be requested before production begins.
